Vergaldaalpe:
The Vergaldaalpe is open from late July/early July until early September. The opening times are highly weather-dependent. The traditional "Sura Kees" is produced on the Montafon Alps. The cheese has a low fat content and little cholesterol and contains a lot of high-quality protein.
